Returns

- Earrings are final sale due to hygiene reasons.
- Sale or clearance items are non-refundable.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 days after we receive and inspect the item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item:
- Exchanges are allowed within 5 days of purchase.
- The item must be in its original, unused condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- If the new item costs more, the price difference must be paid before the exchange is processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
